This is the new religion I want to be, going to one church a week.

Unitarian-Universalism/Baha'i. Or, I don't know, maybe I should just be Baha'i because it's the same thing, really. Unitarian Universalism=belief in nothing, and Baha'i=half-Hinduism, a good religion concerning the increase of mental and bodily function (through yoga), and half-Islam, the religion of Iraq (the source of civilization 2,000 years ago). Now, I'll have to find a Baha'i center. Islam is the religion of Iraq (where the population of the world's first civilization 2,000 years ago) and Iran (the source of the population and culture of that civilization). Hinduism is the religion of India, and it's all about creating physical and mental peace in one's body). My Dad loves yoga and meditation, another great practice of yoga that focuses one's mind on God.

OK. September 11th was because of Muslims, but most Muslims in the world are peaceful, and God.

Unitarian-Baha'i

What the fuck (sorry, Christians, but fuck isn't a bad word unless it's used to mean sex, which isn't bad anyways and which was what it was meant to use in the early days. Anyway, I had a whole post written out that mentioned Simon Reynolds, my favorite music critic whose blog is called blissout.blogspot.com (right now he's into grime, which is the English equivalent of rap (because black folks exist in the U.K. or England too, the descendants of workers from Jamaica who were brought over in like the 1600s. Anyway, Black Brits invented jungle and grime. Jungle was around in the mid-90s and is like really fast hip-hop with reggae (or ragga, a funky version of reggae) beats. After jungle (or drum 'n' bass) in the mid-'90s came Grime, which is like a British version of rap, and whose premier mid-'00s artist Dizzee Rascall released an album called "Boy in da Corner." Anyway, I highly reccomend that you all, or at least the ones who like rap, download this album or at least its best songs according to AllMusic.com --
Unitarian-Universalist
and
Bahai.

Is what I'm gonna be.
Unitarian-Universalism is a religion charcterized by a free and responaible search for truth and meaning.
The Bahai Faith is a monotheistic religion founded by Bahaullah in Persia, emphasizing the spiritual unity of all mankind.
Basically,
Unitarian-Universalism believes in nothing (but science), and Baha'i is a mix of Hinduism (the religion of yoga and asceticism) and Islam (the religion of Iraq, and therefore the religion of humanity). Well, human civilization first started in Iraq.

YO everybody what up

Friday, February 27, 2009

I just realized something interesting. Oh, by the way, I'm a Buddhist again -- I think those rules are the best. No sex outside of marriage, no drugs -- you could call me a Buddhist by the way of Mormonism, because I'll take tips from the LDS on how to avoid masturbation (namely, never shut doors all the way, and never even close shower curtains all the way) and also, from the Word of Wisdom, on avoidance of tea, coffee, alcohol, and tobacco. I'm also going to start taking classes on the Book of Mormon at the Religious Institute here in Rocklin -- but no more prayer or fasting for me, I guess.
